DW - Ruyi Fortune Dumpling Lights (+ Bundle) (Limited quantity) (Single Name)
$38.00
🛶 Introduction:
🪔 The tradition of rice dumplings began in memory of the patriotic poet Qu Yuan, who devoted his life to his country and people. After he passed away in the Miluo River, the people wrapped glutinous rice in bamboo leaves and threw them into the river as a sign of remembrance and respect. Over time, this became the Dragon Boat Festival tradition we continue today — symbolising protection, blessings, peace, and remembrance.
🪔 During the Dragon Boat Festival, devotees may offer a “Fortune Dumpling” candle designed in the shape of a traditional rice dumpling. Symbolising blessings, harmony, reunion, and well-being, it is presented as a festive offering and commemorative item during the Dharma event.
The candle will not be lit during the ceremony. After the event, devotees may bring it home as a blessed item to continue the spirit of peace, good fortune, and auspicious blessings throughout the festival season.
