🪔 Offering light before the Buddha signifies that the brilliance of Buddha shines in all directions. Under the blessings of the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, offering light not only eliminates the obscurations in our heart and mind and potential dangers, but also accumulates limitless virtues and merits.
🪔 Let’s piously offer a light from our hearts: Offer lights for our parents and seek blessings for their bliss, longevity and good health; offer lights for our children to seek blessings for flying colours in their studies, succeed in their examinations. For ourselves, we offer light to seek blessings for career favourable conditions, prosperity and fortune.
