💫 Introduction:
⛲ It is stated in the Sutra on the Merit of Bathing the Buddha, that the action of bathing (the Buddha) is one of the top most best offerings, exceeding the offerings of 7 precious gems that are as much as the sand in the Ganges river. Bathing the Buddha would help one to achieve wealth and joy in this lifetime, free from sickness; wishes fulfilled, nothing to one’s dislikes, family and friends are safe and sound. 
⛲ Offering the Buddha Bathing pool is an excellent cultivation, allowing limitless beings to accumulate merits, receiving the care and guidance of the Triple Gem, where the virtues and merits are boundless. 

💫 Merits of donors: merits accumulated from supporting the monastery to propagate the Dharma to benefit all beings will be dedicated to donors for blessings.

⛲ Setting up of Prince Siddhartha bathing pool allows countless devotees to accumulate merits, using purified water to “bathe” the Buddha with sincerity and wish for: all beings in the 10 directions be free from sickness, eliminating all impurities in the body and mind, equipping bliss and wisdom to achieve stability and joy, and the cyclic existence stained with 5 defilements are transformed into pure lands.  
⛲ 24 May Welcoming of Prince Siddhartha Puja - Set-up of Bathing Pool and offering on behalf of donors. 
⛲ Set up magnificent inscriptions for the main sponsor and 3 family members on the altar. 
⛲ Sponsor to offer incense on the day of attendance.
⛲ Dedication of 100 thousand times merits accumulated from Vesak Day Puja, Recitation of the Sutra on the Merit of Bathing the Buddha, Welcoming of Prince Siddhartha, and various vast offerings before the Buddha and pujas to seek: Safety, peace and auspiciousness for the family, healthy body and mind, longevity with increased bliss, elimination of sickness and karmic obscurations, and afflictions, Rebirth in happy realms, prosperity and wealth, abundance of clothes and food, dignified appearance delighting everyone upon sight, meeting the Triple Gem every lifetime, increase bliss and wisdom, and attain Buddhahood swiftly.
